Utica Police Investigating Shots Fired Incident at Hubbell and Elizabeth

The Utica Police Major Crimes Unit is investigating a shots fired incident that occurred just after 6 p.m. on Monday near Bleecker Street.

The shooting occurred at Hubbell and Elizabeth and as a result an adult male victim suffered non life threatening injuries. He was treated at the scene by the Utica Fire Department and then transported to St. Elizabeth's hospital.

Police believe 3-4 suspects fled the scene and are still at large. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Utica Police Department. More information may become available later today.
