Utica Police Investigating Stabbing Assault

Utica Police are investigating a stabbing assault in the city.

According to police, officers responded to a residence on St. Agnes Avenue Thursday.

Upon arrival, they located a man who suffered a puncture wound from a knife.

The man was then transported to St. Elizabeth's hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The investigation is ongoing and more information will be released as it becomes available.
