Utica Police Make An Arrest In St. Vincent Street Shooting

Utica Police have a shooting suspect in custody.

The 'shots fired' incident occurred Monday in the area of St. Vincent Street.

Police say, 27-year-old Marc Abdallah suffered two gun shot wounds to his legs and was transported to St. Elizabeth's Hospital.

On Tuesday, the UPD Major Crimes Unit arrested 26-year-old Elias Carr of Utica.

He's facing several charges including Attempted Assault, Criminal Possession of a Weapon and Criminal Use of a Firearm.
