Utica Police Make Another Prostitution Arrest
The Utica Police Department's crackdown on prostitution in the city continues.
Last week UPD arrested Corinne Doolen of Frankfort after she agreed to meet an investigator in a motel room to perform sexual acts for money.
When the investigator arrived at the motel the suspect was waiting, and was also found to have meth and a hypodermic needle.
Doolen was arrested and charged with prostitution and criminal possession of a controlled substance.
