Utica Police Seize Heroin And Assault Rifle In Raid

Utica Police say they seized heroin, an assault rifle, ammunition, cash and a scale used to weigh drugs from a home on Albany Street.

Police executed a search warrant at 1102 Albany Street as part of an ongoing investigation into the sale of heroin.

46-year old Jose Pascal of Utica and 27-year old Nicole Wiliamson of Vernon were arrested.

They're facing numerous charges including criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a weapon.
