Utica Stabbing Victim Dies, Charges Upgraded
A Utica man who was stabbed at 705 John Street in Utica last week has died.
40-year old Nicholas White had been hospitalized since the March 16th incident.
Utica Police say 35-year old Edmond Hyatt, who had been charged with attempted murder, is now facing a second-degree murder charge..
Hyatt is also facing charges of burglary, criminal possession of a weapon and attempted assault.
The case has been turned over to an Oneida County Grand Jury.
