Utica Teen Charged In Shots Fired Incident

A Utica teen is facing several felony charges after allegedly firing a handgun at a group of people.

Utica Police say it happened Tuesday night on the 1000 block of Blandina Street.

17-year old Abdullahi Hayder was located shortly after the incident.

He's facing charges including attempted assault, reckless endangerment and criminal possession of a firearm.
