Utica Teen Drowns In Lewis County
State Police are investigating a drowning incident in Lewis County.
Troopers say 16-year old Abraham Whay of Utica was walking across rocks near a concrete dam at Ager Falls in the Town of Lyonsdale when he slipped and fell into the fast-moving waterfalls and didn’t resurface.
Whay was located and pronounced dead at the scene.
The investigation is ongoing.
