
Utica Woman Accused Of Passing Fake $20 Bill
A Utica woman is facing a felony charge for allegedly passing a counterfeit $20 bill.
Utica Police say 41-year old Natasha Ward intentionally gave the phony bill to a clerk at the Dollar General Store in Utica in April.
Ward is charged with possession of a forged instrument.
