Utica Woman Charged In Miller Street Incident

A Utica woman who allegedly ran over another woman on the 1600 block of Miller Street last week has been arrested.

Utica Police say 23-year old Michelle Richardson turned herself in today.

Police say investigators were told the two women got into an argument and Richardson got into her vehicle and intentionally struck and ran over the victim. The victim suffered several injuries.

Richardson was charged with assault.
