Utica Woman Facing Drug Charges

A woman was arrested on drug charges after Utica Police executed a search warrant at an apartment at 406 Rutger Street

The warrant was part of an investigation into the sale and distribution of narcotics.

31-year old Tyrice Embry is charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Police say they allegedly found heroin and cocaine during the search.
