Victims Identified In Double Fatal Lowville Fire
State Police have released the names of the victims of a fatal fire in the Village of Lowville on November 30th.
The victims have been identified as 58-year old Catherine Crego and 42-year old Saratina Kilbourne.
Police says autopsies conducted at Albany Medical Center show that both victims died of "asphyxia" due to smoke inhalation.
The surviving victim, 60-year old Brian Mushtare, was treated for smoke inhalation, lacerations, and minor burns.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
