Albany, NY --  The Hunger Action Network held its 22nd annual People's State of the State rally on the state Capitol today.According to the report, the focus of the rally highlighted the importance of creating jobs for those on welfare and other low income people.  The group also called on Governor Andrew Cuomo to talk about how he plans to create more jobs for the citizens of the state, and his plans to close the nearly $10 billion budget gap.  According to the group's website Hunger Action Network of New York is a grassroots organization that works to address poverty and hunger issues in the state.
