On Tuesday, the long awaited election that's been debated for several months, will finally be put to rest. Providing there are clear winners on Tuesday night, we will know the outcome of which party will control the House and Senate; which local political figures end up on top and whether or not the downstate vote will be big enough to put Andrew Cuomo back inside the Governor's mansion for another term.
