Animal Cruelty Arrest
Camden, NY (WIBX) - It's another case of animal abuse in Oneida County.
State Police have arrested a Westdale man on animal cruelty charges.
Police say 37-year old Donald Grass allegedly left two dogs at a location on Route 69 in Camden without proper care.
Troopers say the animals were undernourished and suffering from frostbite.
Grass was charged with cruelty to animals.
The dogs are at the Rome Humane Society.
