Annsville Man Arrested For Raping Child In Sylvan Beach

The Oneida County Sheriff's Office has arrested an Annsville man on a Rape charge.

Officials with the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center say, 22-year-old Henry Bartle allegedly engaged in sexual intercourse with a child under the age of 15.

Deputies say, the incident occurred in June of 2019 in the Village of Sylvan Beach.

Bartle was charged with one count of Felony Rape and was sent to the Oneida County Jail pending arraignment.

An order of protection has been issued on behalf of the victim and that victim has been offered counseling services through the Child Advocacy Center.
