An Annsville woman is recovering after her foot was run over during a reported dispute.

According to the Oneida County Sheriff's Office, deputies responded to a residence on Martin Court Saturday night just after 9:30 p.m.

It was learned that 46-year-old Jennifer Thayer of Annsville was attempting to stop 27-year-old Evan Macfarland of Rome from leaving the residence after a dispute.

While Macfarland was backing out of the driveway, Thayer's foot was run over by his vehicle. Macfarland's 2-year-old son was in the vehicle at the time.

Thayer was transported to Rome Hospital and treated. No tickets have been issued or arrests have been made at this time.
