Utica, NY (WIBX) - For the second time this year, a Utica man was arrested and taken to jail after arriving at a family court proceeding yesterday, to answer a previous violation of a "Stay Away" order of protection. Officials say 40-year-old Leonard England violated the family court "Stay Away" order again, after going to his ex-wife's home earlier this week, and intentionally causing damage to her home. England allegedly damaged the garage door and smashed out all the garage lights.

Utica Police charged him with 4th Degree Criminal Mischief, a Misdemeanor, and took him to jail for later arraignment in Utica City Court. England is no stranger to law enforcement officials. In February he was charged with 2nd Degree Criminal Contempt for another violation of the "Stay Away" order of protection, after entering his ex-wife's residence.
