Man Arrested For Violating Order Of Protection

Utica, NY (WIBX) - Utica Police Officers arrested a man for violating a "Stay Away" family court order of protection. According to the report, 40 year old Leonard England of Utica is accused of coming to the home of his wife on Lennox Avenue at around 12:40 p.m. yesterday. After entering the residence officials say England's wife called the police.

The suspect is facing a Criminal Contempt in the Second Degree charge for the violation. Police say England was taken into custody at the intersection of Lincoln and Oswego Streets. According to the report, police believe that England ingested a large amount of Tylenol at the time of his arrest.
