Oneida County Court Judge candidate Michael Arcuri has received the endorsements of both the Independence and Working Families Party.

Arcuri, who is a Democrat, is running for the seat being vacated by retiring Judge Barry Donalty.

He served as District Attorney for 13 years before being elected to Congress in 2006.

In their endorsement letter, Oneida County Independence Party Chair Edward Zeina stated, “Mr. Arcuri’s experience in private practice, District Attorney of Oneida County, and as a Congressman drafting and voting on Federal Laws makes him the most qualified candidate for this office.”

Assistant District Attorney Rob Bauer is also running for the judge's seat.
