Binghamton Superintendent Off the Job

The school board voted unanimously March 23 during a special meeting to take Martinez off the job.  Steven Deinhardt has been named interim superintendent.

Doctor Martinez’ contract runs until June 30, 2018.

School board members indicated the decision was difficult but said the move was needed to move the district forward.
