Blossvale Man Facing Rape Charges

A Blossvale man is facing charges after being arrested on charges of 3rd degree rape.

The Oneida County Child Advocacy Center says Anthony Russell, 25, was arrested after a week long investigation found that he allegedly had sex with a person under the age of 17.

Russell will be arraigned in the City of Rome Court today, his case will be sent to the Oneida County District Attorney's office for Grand Jury consideration.
