Boilermaker Health And Fitness Expo At MVCC

It's the official kick-off to 2015 Boilermaker weekend.

The Planet Fitness Health and Fitness Expo gets underway today at Mohawk Valley Community College.

The Expo will take place today from noon to 7:00 and Saturday from 8:00 to 4:30.

The event features more than 70 booths. Race participants can pick up their race packet and goody bag at the Expo.

The Sodexo Services Pasta Buffet from 12:00 to 3:30 in the Alumni College Center

The all you can eat past buffet benefits the United Way of the Valley and Greater Utica Area

Runner's Forum - "Ask the Experts" from 1:00 to 2:30 in the Alumni College Center

The panel of experts includes running legend Bill Rodgers and women's distance running pioneer Kathrine Switzer,  who are both members of the National Distance Running Hall of Fame
