[UPDATE] Bomb Threat Reported In Utica, Scene Is Safe

The Observer-Dispatch is reporting that a portion of Bleecker and Jay streets in Utica have been closed due to a reported bomb threat. Crews were called just after 4:30 to 501 Bleeker Streeet where ACS Education services is located.

UPDATE 5:45 P.M. 6/6/14 After a brief investigation police determined the area to be safe and have left the scene.
