Bradford County Man Killed by Snow Removal Equipment

A Bradford County man is dead after equipment he was using to clear snow struck him.

Pennsylvania State Police say 80 year old Donald Spencer of Towanda had pulled a skid steer into a garage for maintenance shortly at 1:37 p.m. March 17 when it engaged and hit him, causing his death.

Spencer was found by family members at his home on Patton Hill Road.
