After winter weather postponed the first attempt at a Town Hall, Congressman Anthony Brindisi hosted one Saturday in Binghamton.

Over 100 constituents were in attendance to ask Brindisi a number of questions on a wide variety of topics including the government shutdown, healthcare, border security and more.

Brindisi said, "I want to bring people together, listen to different opinions, and work to find common ground. For me, that starts here at home. My constituents deserve to know exactly where I stand on issues and how I’m making decisions in Washington. I want Upstate New Yorkers to know that I am listening to them and to trust that I will always put their best interests first."

This Binghamton Town Hall, which was held at American Legion Post 1645, was the first of several promised by Congressman Brindisi. His goal is to host a Town Hall in each county of NY-22 in 2019.
