Troopers say they responded around 7:30 p.m. Wednesday to an emergency at Indian Falls on Tonawanda Creek in the Genesee County town of Pembroke, 25 miles east of Buffalo.

Police say a man from Buffalo had jumped into the water and didn't surface. Troopers say his body has been recovered. His name and age haven't been released.
