Marcy, NY (WIBX) - Several business and governmental agencies are closed in preparation for Hurricane Sandy.

Monday, 29 October Closings:

• Utica Public Library (315) 723.5597  - closing at 4:00pm
• Bailey's Karate of Rome closed Monday night
• Gervis Public Library in Rome closing at 5:30 pm Monday
• New Hartford Math and Reading closing at 6pm
• Social Security Administration (877) 405.4869 - closing at 1:30pm
• Birnie Bus Bingo Express (315) 225.1912 - cancelled Monday and Tuesday
• Four-County Line Run from Little Falls to Syracuse - cancelled
• Mohawk Valley Choral Society Rehearsal at Herkimer County Community College   - cancelled
• Hawaiian Holidays - closing at 5:00pm
• Fort Drum (315) 772.8286 - closing until further notice at 12:00noon  All non-essential civilian employees and soldiers are being released at 2:00pm
• Utica City Hall - closing at 2:00pm. However, the City's Comptroller's office will remain open tor tax/vendor/payroll purposes.
• Girl Scouts of NYPENN Pathways (315) 733.2391 ext. 2114 meeting cancelled
