Family, friends and neighbors stood in the snow and braved the cold to hold a candlelight vigil for Cindy Golden, and Michelle and Michael Bumbolo on Whitesboro Street in Utica Monday night.

Those gathered shared tears, embraces and stories of the three who were murdered in their home last week.

Sherrie Goldman knew the Bumbolo's for more than 20 years and even called them 'Aunt and Uncle.' She said after such a terrible tragedy it was great to see so many people share their condolences.

About 100 mourners held candles and left photos, flowers and words of inspiration on the porch of 1908 Whitesboro Street.

21 year old Paul Bumbolo, the adopted son of Michelle and Michael Bumbolo is charged with the murders, and awaits a psychiatric evaluation while he is being held in the Oneida County Jail.
