Car Crashes Into Oneida County Courthouse
The Oneida County Sheriff's Office investigated an accident at the Oneida County Courthouse this morning.
Deputies say 66-year old William Furman of Utica crashed into the outside wall of the building on the Elizabeth Street side.
They say Furman had pulled into a parking spot and failed to put the vehicle into park.
The vehicle rolled back down a hill, jumped a curb and struck a lamp pole, knocking it to the ground, before hitting the building.
The building did not sustain any damage.
Furman's vehicle sustained heavy rear end damage.
Furman was not injured.
