A Cassville woman is recovering after a one-car accident this morning in Bridgewater.

In a written release the Oneida County Sheriff's Office says 51-year-old Z.S. Reinoso-Gonzales appears to have lost control of her 2006 Dodge Durango while driving southbound on Marshall Road at approximately 4:30am on March 26, 2015.

Speed was determined to be a factor in the incident and Reinoso-Gonzales was ticketed for driving at a speed not reasonable or prudent.  However, in a written release Deputy Mark Chrysler says that road conditions were also played a role in the accident.

While attempting to navigate a right-hand curve, Reinoso-Gonzales' car skidded as it rounded the corner.  The front of the car hit a snow bank on the driver's side.  The car flipped over onto its roof.

The driver, complaining of pain in her right shoulder, was treated by emergency responders.  A passenger in the car was not injured.

Sheriff's deputies were assisted on the scene by the Bridgewater Fire Department and Bridgewater Ambulance.
