Chadwicks Woman Charged With Multiple Felonies

A Chadwicks woman is facing several felony charges stemming from two separate investigations by New Hartford Police.

29-year old Jenell Smith is accused of stealing a wallet containing cash and credit cards from the home of a relative in October.

Smith also allegedly stole a debit card from an acquaintance and used the victim's personal information to withdraw money from a bank account attached to the debit card.

She was charged with grand larceny and identity theft.
