Authorities say the child was unharmed and was with Walmart associates in the store when Deputies arrived.

The mother was found in the parking lot, unaware the 4 year old was missing.

The mother said she thought the child was being cared for by 19 year old Mason Ferguson.

Ferguson was released after being arraigned on the misdemeanor charge of endangering the welfare of a child to wait for his next date in court.
