Clay Man Arrested For Unlawful Surveillance In Woman’s Home

State Police say they've arrested a Town of Clay man for illegally attempting to video tape a woman inside her home.

According to officials, 49-year-old Peter Nicoletti allegedly unlawfully put a 'video capturing device' inside a room of a residence of a woman. When the device was discovered by the female victim Nicoletti attempted to destroy the evidence.

As a result of his actions, Nicoletti has been charged with three counts of Felony Unlawful Surveillance in the 2nd degree and a count of Felony Tampering with Physical Evidence.

Following his arrest Nicoletti was transported to the Onondaga County Justice Center.
