Utica Man Charged With Unlawful Surveillance

A Utica man is facing charges for allegedly videotaping a woman while she was undressing in a changing room at a local retail store.

19-year old Elliot Fuller is charged with Unlawful Surveillance.

New Hartford Police executed a search warrant on Fuller's cellphone.

Using technology at the Utica College Forensics Lab, they were able to recover numerous videos of women undressing in changing rooms.

The case has been turned over to the Oneida County District Attorney's Offce.
