A Colorado man has been arrested under Leandra's Law after allegedly driving drunk with two young children in his vehicle.

The Oneida County Sheriff's Office stopped 55-year old Clyde Stubbs on West Main Street in Westmoreland for a traffic violation.

Stubbs was subsequently arrested for DWI.

Deputies say Stubbs' wife was inside the vehicle, along with their two grandchildren, who are three years and two months old.

Stubbs was also charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
