An Oneida County jury has found Kaitlyn Conley of Sauquoit guilty of manslaughter in the poisoning death of her boss, chiropractor Mary Yoder.

According to the Observer-Dispatch, she was found not guilty of the more serious charge of second-degree murder.

The jury's verdict came about two hours after they told Oneida County Court Judge MIchael Dwyer that they were deadlocked and could not reach a verdict.

Conley's first trial ended in a hung jury in May.

Conley will be sentenced on January 11th.
