Judge Michael L. Dwyer has ruled Kaitlyn Conley, who was found guilty in the poisoning death of her boss, will not be entitled to a new trial.

Oneida County District Attorney Scott McNamara says Kaitlyn Conley of Sauquoit has lost her attempt to take her case to New York’s highest court.

It's been nearly three years since the sentencing of Sauquoit's Kaitlyn Conley after being found guilty of manslaughter in the poisoning death of her boss back in 2015. Now, on Wednesday afternoon, New York's Appellate Division of Supreme Court, Fourth Judicial Department, will hear Conley's appeal.
