Kaitlyn Conley will have a new lawyer for her retrial.

The Sauquoit woman was in Oneida County Court on Friday, where she announced that attorney Frank Policelli will represent her in her second trial.

Attorney Christopher Pelli represented Conley in her first murder trial in May, which ended with a hung jury.

Conley is accused of fatally poisoning her boss, chiropractor Mary Yoder, in July of 2015.

A new trial date has not yet been set.
