Corrections Officer Accused Of Bring Marijuana Into County Jail
A corrections officer at the Oneida County Jail has been arrested for allegedly bringing contraband into the facility.
The Oneida County Sheriff's Office says 31-year old Breland Warmack of Utica brought marijuana into the jail for inmates.
Sheriff's investigators were conducting an investigation into contraband coming into the jail and through their investigation found that an officer was bringing it in
Warmack is charged with promoting prison contraband.
The investigation is continuing.
