Cortland County Man Charged With Forcible Touching

Cortland County Sheriff’s Officials say a man from Marathon is accused of touching a female inappropriately.

38 year old Jeremy Layton is charged with sexual abuse, forcible touching and endangering the welfare of a child. Authorities say the incident allegedly happened October 24.

Officials say the victim was not physically injured.

Layton has been ordered to appear in Marathon Town Court November 8.
