Deerfield Man Arrested on Several Charges Following Domestic Dispute

A Deerfield man is facing several charges following a domestic dispute.

On April 30th, State Police in Marcy responded to the report from a residence on Brennan Road in the Town of Paris.

Upon arrival police arrested 27-year-old Richard Marcano for Criminal Mischief, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance and unlawful possession of Marijuana.

Marcano allegedly damaged a family member's vehicle and was in possession of cocaine and marijuana. He was arraigned in the Town of Paris Court and remanded to the Oneida County Justice Center in lieu of $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 secure bond. He will appear in court again at a later date.
