The Downtown Utica Facebook page is making an impact.

This week marks six months since the launch of the page, which has reached over 650,000 people through close to 500 posts and has over 3,700 likes.

The Downtown Utica Facebook page was the first marketing tool implemented after the unveiling of the "New Downtown" brand in March.

The Facebook page includes a weekly "Top Five Tuesday" post, where five things people should know about Downtown businesses and organizations are shared.
