Drug, Weapons Arrest in Utica

A Utica man is in custody after a no-knock search warrant was executed at his apartment.

Utica Police, New Hartford Police, and U.S. Marshals arrested 22-year old Bradley March, Jr. after they allegedly found marijuana and a loaded, illegally possessed assault weapon at his second-floor residence at 765 Rutger Street on Thursday, July 31, 2014.

He is being charged with felonious criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, felony criminal possession of a firearm, and criminal possession of marijuana.
