Erie Canal Bicentennial Celebration And Honor America Days – This Week In The Mohawk Valley

Long known as the ‘Getaway Region’ of New York, Oneida County and the Mohawk Valley always have something inte resting to offer, this week the Erie Canal Bicentennial Celebration to the Mohawk Valley.

WIBX 950 in conjunction with Oneida County Tourism host This Week In The Mohawk Valley and the CNY Travel Show to highlight community events and opportunities that are coming to the Mohawk Valley throughout the week.

This week, Mayor Jackie Izzo of Rome is in studio to talk with Sara Foster of Oneida County Tourism and Jim about the the Honor America Days Erie Canal Bicentennial Celebration coming to Bellamy Harbor Park on Saturday July 22  before kicking off Rome's Honor America Days celebration.
