Faxton Employee Charged With Leaving Threatening Notes
Utica, NY (WIBX) - An employee of Faxton Hospital is facing numerous charges for allegedly leaving threatening notes around the hospital.
Utica Police have charged 30-year old Elvin Ozoria of Utica with five counts of making a terrorist threat and five counts of aggravated harassment.
Police say they received a report from staff at the hospital on January 14th regarding the threatening notes
Fifteen notes were found, some of which made threats to harm staff as well as patients.
