Final Week To Complete Oneida County Health Needs Survey

This is the final week to complete the Oneida County Health Survey.

The health needs survey is being conducted by The Oneida County Health Department, Mohawk Valley Health System and Rome Memorial Hospital.

They're looking for a  broad range of input from the community about access to health care and other related issues.

The survey is in follow up to a Community Health Assessment Stakeholder meeting held in March, where a collaboration of community partners and organizations met to discuss top area health issues

The results will help the County and area health care partners determine health care priorities in the next few years.

The deadline to fill out the survey is Sunday, June 30th.
