First Group Of Downtown Revitalization Initiative Meetings Scheduled
The first group of meetings for the local planning committee for the City of Utica's Downtown Revitalization Initiative have been scheduled and the city is looking for the public's help.
The first meeting is slated for Tuesday, December 10th in the Saranac Room of The DoubleTree by Hilton at Hotel Utica from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
The public is encouraged to attend this meeting as their input is important to the DRI planning process. The local planning committee for the DRI will make crucial planning decisions early-on and is co-chaired by Mayor Rob Palmieri and Utica College President Dr. Laura Casamento. Other members of the committee will be announced soon.
The second meeting will be held on Wednesday, December 18th at the thINCubator in Utica from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. The public is encouraged to attend an open house that same day from 4:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. to ask questions and provide input into the DRI planning process.
