Flags In Utica To Fly At Half Staff

Flags at all City buildings in Utica will be lowered to half-staff in honor of the five service members who were killed in last week's shooting in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

The flags will remain at half-staff until Monday.

Meanwhile, Governor Andrew Cuomo has directed that flags on state government buildings be flown at half-staff beginning Wednesday in honor of the victims of last week’s shooting at the Navy Operational Support Center in Chattanooga.  Flags will remain at half-staff until sunset on Saturday.
