Former County Executive And State Senator Ray Meier Charged With DWI

A former Oneida County Executive and State Senator is facing Aggravated DWI charges.

WKTV reports, Ray Meier was pulled over and arrested by Rome Police Saturday.

He's facing a charge of Common Law DWI and Aggravated DWI, which indicates a blood alcohol content of .18% or higher.

He'll appear in Rome City Court at a later date.
